Itīs a very long time since some update has been done and then I think it is on time! Year 2012 has been a adventure for me so far. I had to go to the 4-hills after new year to compete in the two last competitions because Tom got injured in Oberstdorf. I went home from the 4-hills with a very good feeling and the next was Kulm. I was a bit unsure about Kulm because i havenīt been much of a ski flyer before. But i was able to do some good jumps there also and I was in the final both competitions. After Kulm the trip went to Zakopane. The first competition in Zakopane was not good, but the second was really good.
So now I'm ready for Predazzo after a weekend off!

Time to make a update on how things are. But first of all I want to wish everybody a happy new year!
Since last update I have been in Almaty, Erzurum and Engelberg. The tour in Asia was nice. Jumping was good, but I missed the little thing that makes it really fly. But Engelberg was really good. And with very good jumpings I could celebrate with two victories. It was really fun to be at the top of the podium for the first time.
But now I have packed my bags and are ready for the 4-hills, where I'm competing in Innsbruck and Bischofshofen.

Time to sum up the start of the season. The start on snow has been good so far.
We (B-team) started the season in Lillehammer and had some nice days with training. Then we went to Rovaniemi for COC wich was a awesome start with Norwegian eyes! I was very satisfied with my own performans there with 2nd and 4th place.
When we came home WC in Lillehammer was next and after a good quali things went bit against me. Heavy conditions and not so good jumping is not a good mix.
So now we had two good days in Lillehammer and are ready to go to COC in Almaty (KAZ) and Erzurum (TUR).

The winter is close so it's time to update again. We are going to start the winter season tomorrow in Midtstuen. Something i look forward to. It will be awesome to see the boys again and jump and have a good time. The winter hasn't showed up yet so we are starting jumping on ice track and landing on plastic. Since the summer season ended I have been spending much time in the gym for hard trainings and I have rested to be on fire when we are starting tomorrow. So really looking forward to jump again and soon compete again!

Time to update you again! Since the last time I wrote something it has happened a lot! Some weeks ago I had a camp with the B-team in Trondheim and there we also were going to take part in the Norwegian Cup. It was a good camp, but it ended bit bad. In the competition on Sunday my bad knee got a twisted a bit in the landing and I wasn't able to jump the last round. So I went to a physio the day after and he thought I have to be away for a while with a stretched side ligament and a teared meniscus. But after a week things felt much better and the MRI result couldn't find anything wrong so that was good. So today I made my first jump again.That was so cool to jump again. So now I'm just looking forward to go to Klingenthal to have fun.

It's a long time since last time I uploaded something. So now I'm doing something with that :)
Since last time a lot has happened. I had a camp home in Lillehammer with the B-team some weeks ago. That camp was very positive. After that camp I went to sommer grand prix in Hinterzarten, Courchevel and Einsiedeln. It was a really nice trip with a lot of fun. And I did a lot of good jumps in the training down there. So it was bit bad that the result wasn't like I wanted. But the process is running good and I'm satisfied with all in all. And it was fun to be on the podium together with Tom Hilde, Johan Remen Evensen and Rune Velta in the team competition in Hinterzarten.

It has happened a lot since last time. Two weeks ago we had " summer jumping week" in Lillehammer (k123), Gjerpenkollen (k74) and in Midtstuen (k95). I'm very satisfied with my jumping during these three competitions, and I managed to finish on third place overall. After "summer jumping week" the national teams was announced and I got a spot in the B-team. I'm really looking forward to continue the hard work and I'm really motivated to do the work I have to do. So I maybe can be the best!
But now I have packed my bag and I'm ready for going to Kranj and Stams. Really looking forward to compete again and maybe go home with some positive experience :)

It's a long time since something has been updated here. So now I'm trying to do something with that!
It's really nice to do summer jumping again and i have maybe done 10 times more jumps then last summer. So I'm happy for that! The jumping has been good so far, but the stability isn't there yet so i just have to work hard. So I'm looking forward to see how thing develop during the summer.

Been a while since last time i wrote something here. So I have to start to say Merry Christmas to everybody. For me the Christmas has been good. It was nice to get some free days home at my mom and dad. I have been training good and done a lot of jumps in Oslo. Jumping is on the way, so i hope i can get some long and nice jumps here in Lillehammer before the new year is here.

Two weeks are gone since last time. A lot of things have happened. I got the greenlight to jump again, so i started last week then. And that was AWESOME!! So now I can just relax and jump and get the good feeling back, and then hopefully jump some competition if things are running good.

Nothing special has happend here since last time. But my training has been good and i hope i get something back for it during the winter. And now it's soon some winterjumping again. It is getting colder outside and the snow production in the jumping hills here in lillehammer is starting pretty soon i guess.

Long time since last update now. But I can tell you that thing's are running smooth. My recovery training is going very well and my power and strength in my legs is close to be the same as it was before. Because of that I got the green light to jump again. And that was awesome! To get the feeling again and to know that I haven't forgotten to jump. But to skijumping 3,5 month after surgery is a bit to early. So I need a bit more time and training to get back 100%.
But I'm on my way and really looking forward til winter time!

It's been a while since I've written here. Much has happened since last time. I have been doing a lot of recovery training to get the knee well again, and it goes really well.
I have been also able to do other things in this periode. I have been fishing a lot and got some nice fishes on the hock. And the most important thing is that i have started on school again.

I've been operated on my knee on 28th June and it was a successfull surgery. The time between the surgery and now I've spent the most on the sofa home at Kolbu. But in the last time I've been in Lillehammer and Oslo where I started full basic training. This have been given already results and I'm on the way to get well soon again.

Season 2010/11 started not so respective as I've expected. With a fall and a wrenched ACL at the first jump it thwarted me for my summer season. I'll have surgery on Monday so it will be again a calm week. I will also get some calm weeks before I can start and train again to get a high level.
